ACCESS & SEATING

Each General Access pass is valid for one named guest. Seating is assigned by the organiser. After successful payment, the digital pass will be available through the guest’s EDA account and sent by email.

When several passes are purchased, each pass must be assigned to its individual guest before the event.

02. Add the guest details

Each pass must be assigned to one named guest. When purchasing several passes, add or update the attendee details through your EDA account.

03. Receive your digital pass

After successful payment, each guest receives a personal General Access pass with a unique QR code. The pass is sent by email and remains available in the EDA account.

04. Join us at Cinedom

Present the QR code at check-in on 19 March 2027. The EDA team will guide each guest to their assigned seat before the opening concert begins.

From opening concert to closing cocktail.

General Access places you inside the complete European Dental Awards evening at Cinedom, Cologne.

The programme moves from live performance and finalist presentations to audience participation, recognition and celebration.

01 - Opening concert

The founding edition begins with a live opening concert, setting the tone for the evening ahead.

02 - Finalists on stage

The selected finalists present their clinical cases live before the international jury and the audience at Cinedom.

03 - Live audience voting

Guests take part in the final stage by voting live for the best clinical case of the evening.

04 - Awards and cocktail reception

The winners are announced during the official awards ceremony, followed by the closing cocktail reception.

Practical access information.

Review how General Access passes are issued, assigned and used for the European Dental Awards at Cinedom, Cologne.

Each General Access pass is valid for one named guest. When multiple passes are purchased, each pass must be assigned to its individual attendee before the event.

After successful payment, the personal General Access pass is sent by email and remains available in the guest’s EDA account. Each pass contains a unique QR code for check-in.

Seating is assigned by the organiser. Guests should use the seat indicated in the event information associated with their pass.

Cases may be submitted individually or as a team where the selected category permits team participation.

A team may include up to 10 members, including the case leader. The person submitting the case is identified as the case leader, and all team members must be added to the submission.

For team entries, the included General Access pass is issued to the case leader. Additional team members receive a dedicated discount code for purchasing their own General Access passes at a reduced price.
